SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT
The following is required in order to maximize the use of UCM Plan:
- A laptop with SmartView add-on installed. For SmartView installation:
- Submit a ServiceNow ticket request for consultation and support (Window & Mac Users) OR
- Self-Service Installation Instructions (Windows Only)
