While certain elements of the project are progressing as planned, others require additional effort on the implementation teams to ensure a smooth and stable rollout. PPM Budgeting Process Enhancements – Effective Friday March 21
Beginning Friday, March 21, enhancements to the PPM budgeting process will be in effect. Reporting will continue to be available through the recently enhanced UCM Faculty Portfolio Report.

Navigation: Oracle → Others → Financial Reporting Center → Search “UCM Faculty Portfolio Report” → Click the “All” button

Updated Forms Required Starting March 21

Updated New Project Request (NPR) form and Budget Modification form are now available.

All submissions must use these updated forms beginning March 21. Submissions using prior versions will be returned for revision.

UCM Plan / EPM Redesign – Launch is Adjusted
The UCM Plan / EPM redesign launch has been tentatively adjusted with an estimated delay of one week. A confirmed go-live date will be communicated next week. Note the following:

The system remains available for data retrieval and reporting

The freeze on budget requests remains in place

Approval and completion of access requests continue to be paused (requests may still be submitted here)

Hypercare Support:

A UCM Plan/EPM Resource Hub Teams channel will be launched when the system is live; invitations will follow

Hypercare Office Hours are paused until go-live
