As we approach the March 21 go-live date, note the following training updates and date advisories.
Training Updates
In preparation for next week’s sessions, the UCM Plan SmartView Training recording is now available in the UC Learning Center (click HERE). We encourage you to review the recording in advance to maximize your experience.

Wed Mar 5 | 1 - 3pm | Zoom, invitation-only based on access level

Upcoming Dates and Deadlines
To ensure smooth transition for the March 21 go-live, please note the following:

Thurs March 6 at 12 noon – Budget request submission deadline

March 10 – 19 – Budget requests cannot be processed, but data remains available for reporting.

Thurs March 20 – System will be completely offline for go-live preparations.
- Fri March 21 – System will be available with all enhancements.
