Various Division of Finance and Administration departments are actively working on exciting enhancements to the university's planning and budgeting module (UCM Plan). Necessary enhancements were determined based on valuable feedback provided by campus partners. This includes the ability to drill-through to see GL transaction details for Actuals and being able to view encumbrances as part of SmartView reports.
In anticipation of a January 2025 launch, current UCM Plan (Oracle EPM) users should have received additional information via email, including an invitation for in-person trainings scheduled for October 15 and 16. These trainings, as well as other specialized trainings based on an individual’s system access role, will be required to retain UCM Plan access.
