Updated PPM project data are now available directly in the FINR reporting cube.
What this means for RAs:

PPM project budget data reflects current available balances as of FY26. Actuals are driven by GL actuals and not PPM data.

What is not changing

The existing Faculty Portfolio Report from the PPM Module will continue to be distributed to faculty and used for reconciliation and detailed review. FINR enhancements are intended to complement—not replace—that reporting.
Access

FINR access requires UCM Plan/SmartView access. If you already have SmartView access, no additional steps are needed.
