All events coordinated through Hospitality Services, as well as orders placed with Lakeside Catering, now require pre‑approval at the time the order or event request is submitted. By submitting a CaterTrax order or placing an event reservation, units are verifying that the requester is authorized to commit funds and is approving all associated charges to the COA entered. No after‑the‑fact approvals will be issued.
