The Supply Chain Management Team is excited to announce a series of enhancements to our Oracle system aimed at improving performance and usability. These enhancements will take effect on July 3, 2024, after 5:00PM. Below is a summary of the key improvements:
1. Performance Upgrades
- Faster Requisitioning Processing: Oracle will automatically issue and send out purchase orders to suppliers for requisitions issued utilizing low-risk categories that are less than $9,999 (tax included).
2. User Interface Improvements
- Smart Forms: Requisitioners will have only two Smart Forms options to choose from
- Quantity-based
- Flat-Rate-Based
These two Smart Forms will be the only options to create a requisition. The ability to create a requisition without utilizing a Smart Form will no longer be available.
