We’re pleased to share that Lived Names are now live in Oracle Financials!
This update means that your lived (preferred) name—as entered in UCPath—now appears in Oracle Financials instead of your legal name in most areas of the system.
What’s changing?
- Your lived name is displayed in Oracle Financials screens and workflows
- Legal names will still be used only when required (e.g., tax or legal documents)
- This aligns with lived name support already in place in UCPath, LMS, and other campus systems.
Want to update your lived name?
Log into UCPath and update your personal information. Your lived name will then sync to Oracle and other connected systems.
