Because of a technical error by the Concur expense management platform, users, delegates and HR Unit approvers who are not Procurement Card holders received multiple email notifications today citing non-compliance with P-Card policies. Rather than notifying only valid P-Card holders of unprocessed transactions, Concur also sent notifications for unprocessed Travel & Entertainment (T&E) card expenses.
If you are not a campus P-Card holder, please disregard these notifications. We regret any inconvenience the notifications may have caused.
Valid P-Card holders are urged to review your Concur profile for outstanding transactions that may need your attention. Please go here for more information about P-Card policies.
