In addition to offering a full suite of planning services, catering and guest housing, Hospitality Services manages the state-of-the-art Conference Center, which in barely two years of operation has transformed the university’s event-hosting capabilities.
Hospitality Services is in a phase of accelerated growth. We are:
- Expanding inventory with more meeting room furniture and technology.
- Working with campus partners such as catering, transportation services and the fire marshal to develop a one-stop shop for conference and event planning.
- Developing a strong infrastructure so we can continue to expand our offerings to campus and external clients.
These updates necessitate a modest increase in room rates. Events booked after Aug. 15 will be under the new rate structure now posted on our website. Before that date, we will honor the existing rate structure.
