What is Talent Acquisition Management (TAM)
TAM is an internationally used PeopleSoft (UCPath) module that will allow UC Merced to manage an additional component of the employment lifecycle — recruitment. TAM will replace PAWS, UC Merced’s current applicant tracking system for staff hires. It is designed to optimize and standardize the hiring process. TAM will not be used for faculty or student hires.
TAM allows for creating job posts while improving alignment with best practices and government labor regulations.
