We’re excited to share that the UCM Plan Enhancement is now officially live!

Thank you for your patience and partnership throughout this project. As you begin working in the enhanced system, please keep the following key resources and support options in mind to ensure a smooth transition:

Available Hypercare Support

Daily Zoom Office Hours (April 14 - 25)
Daily from 1–3 p.m., Monday, April 14 through Friday, April 25 via Zoom (see invitation in your inbox). Drop into these Zoom Office Hours with your questions and get real-time assistance.
 
Teams Channel: UCM Plan/EPM Resource Hub
All UCM Plan users have been added to this channel. It’s your go-to space for key updates and announcements, peer collaboration, and ongoing support during hypercare and beyond.
Note: ServiceNow tickets remain the primary method for submitting requests. The Teams channel is intended for announcements, collaboration, and informal discussion.
 
On-Demand Training Resources (available 24/7)
We encourage you to revisit UC Learning Center recordings of October and March trainings (SSO required) at anytime to refresh your understanding of SmartView and various fundamentals.
Need Help? Submit a ServiceNow Ticket
While the Teams channel is great for collaboration, all formal support requests should be submitted through ServiceNow for tracking and resolution.
SmartView Access Requests
Requests submitted via the EPM Access Request ticket will be reviewed starting today. If you submitted a request via the EPM Access Request form, you’ll be contacted shortly.
