With UAT testing successfully completed, we’re excited to share key updates on the UCM Plan Enhancement project, including new training opportunities and upcoming system changes as we approach the March 21 go-live.
Training Updates
March Training Sessions: Additional Zoom-based training sessions will be available the week of March 3, with some tailored based on access level:

Mon Mar 3 | 9am - 12pm | Zoom, open to all users

Tues Mar 4 | 9am - 12pm | Zoom, open to all users

Wed Mar 5 | 1 - 3pm | Zoom, invitation-only based on access level

Thurs Mar 6 | 1 - 3pm | Zoom, invitation-only based on access level

Invitations to the above training sessions will be sent this week.
All sessions will be recorded and available on UC Learning Center, in addition to the UCM Plan SmartView Training session recording. Link to the UCLC UCM Plan page will be announced shortly.
System Freeze Information
To ensure a smooth transition for the March 21 go-live, note the following system availability schedule:

March 10 – 19 – Budget requests cannot be processed, but data remains available for reporting.

Thurs March 20 – System will be completely offline for go-live preparations.

Fri March 21 – System will be available with all enhancements.
