It is now easier than ever to find the help you need for financial transactions, purchases, systems and administrative assistance. The new DFA Service Portal organizes our extensive list of support tickets and knowledge articles into a searchable database.
Type words into the portal's search box to zero in on what you need. For instance, entering accounts generates 15 results, ranging from a recharge transaction to a chart of accounts change. Entering accounts and project yields 11 results. Entering accounts, project and journal generates two.
As always, our catalog of services is managed and fulfilled by dedicated subject matter expert staff, including the CBS2 centralized administrative support team. The tickets you are familiar with from the DFA Service Catalog and CBS2 Services are now combined in the DFA Service Portal.
In addition to the handy search box, the portal features a page where you can browse the full catalog or filter the list by category. There also are quick links to the Oracle Toolkit and Payroll Services.
