New Project Oracle Configuration


This request is for New PPM Project Setup.

Before submitting the request, please refer to the PPFM Website, ServiceNow Templates and Step By Step Guides, for the necessary the New Project Request Template associated to the various Project Type. The template includes the multiple tasks for each project and unique attributes for the tasks.

Who can request this Service?

Requests can be submitted by any campus user with a UCMNet ID/Password.

What can I expect after submitting the ticket?

Provide any necessary supporting documentation with your request. The request will be reviewed by Project Portfolio Financial Management team, who will reach out to you if there are any questions or additional information required.

The process may take up to 5 business days.

What are the operating hours for the service provided?

Support for this service is provided during standard operating hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m., Monday through Friday.

How do I Stop or Change this Service?

If you no longer want to proceed with the ticket requested, request the ticket be closed in the comment section. Include a brief explanation for future references.
