Description: 

Setup/update Banner detail code in Oracle and Banner.

Note: Chart of Account values must be established prior to submitting this request.

Go to the Chart of Accounts Master Values to verify if a segment value is already established.

Who can request this Service?

Requests can be submitted by Staff.

What can I expect after submitting the ticket?

The request will be reviewed by Student Business Services. Upon completion of review, the Banner detail code will be setup in Oracle, and then configured in Banner.

Requests take 7-10 business days to fulfill.

What are the operating hours for the service provided?

Support for this service is provided during standard operating hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

How do I Stop or Change this Service?

If you no longer want to proceed with the ticket requested, you can close the ticket or request the ticket to be closed in the comment section. Please include a brief explanation for the closure.
